Meta actions enable you to repeat the same macro as many times as you wish without having to keep pressing the same shortcut keys. This technique can be used, for example, to drop a marker at the start of each verse of a song.
元操作使您可以任意多次重复相同的宏,而不必一直按相同的快捷键。例如,这种技术可以用来在歌曲的每一节开始处放置一个标记。
REAPER includes two meta action commands: Action: prompt to continue, and Action: prompt to go to action loop start
REAPER包括两个元操作命令: “操作: 提示继续”和“操作: 提示转到操作循环开始”。

If you create this custom action macro and assign it a keyboard shortcut (such as Ctrl Shift K), then you can use it in this way.
如果创建此自定义操作宏,并为其指定键盘快捷键(例如Ctrl+Shift+K),则可以按此方式使用它。
Select any track which is made up of multiple items and position the play cursor at the start of the timeline.
选择由多个对象组成的轨道,并将播放光标定位在时间轴的开始处。
Run this macro. The cursor will move to the start of the first item in the selected track and drop a marker at that point.
运行此宏。光标将移动到所选轨道中第一个对象的开始处,并在该点处放置一个标记。
You will then be asked if you wish to continue to loop this action (see right).
然后,系统将询问您是否希望继续循环此操作(参见右侧)。
If you press Enter or click on Yes, the play cursor will move to the start of the next item, insert a marker there, and ask the question again. If you click on No, then the execution of the macro will stop.
如果您按回车键或单击是,播放光标将移动到下一个对象的开始处,在那里插入一个标记,然后再次询问问题。如果单击否,则宏的执行将停止。
